Lily Allen's reggae regime

Lily Allen is reportedly on a reggae exercise regime to get in shape for the launch of her new album.

The 23-year-old is releasing her new record It's Not Me, It's You on February 9 and to make sure she looks her best to promote it, The Daily Mirror reports she has taken up 'Reggaelates' - which is doing Pilates to reggae music.

Lily - whose first album Alright, Still included some reggae style tracks - apparently developed a taste for the workout while on holiday in Jamaica with her mother and then boyfriend Jay Joplin over Christmas and New Year.

Lily practised Pilates to the sounds of Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff and UB40 at Jake's Hotel on Treasure Beach.

A source at the hotel said the workouts are popular, adding: "Lily's a fan. But it's pretty demanding."

The singer also quit booze and stuck to a healthy eating regime to help her tone up, but she fell off the wagon on Monday night when she went on a massive night out with her friends.

Lily began the evening with a healthy meal sashimi and sushi at Nobu restaurant on London's Park Lane with TV presenter Miquita Oliver, but they then headed to the Groucho club in Soho where Lily enjoyed a few drinks.

At closing time, she got a call on her BlackBerry and she and Miquita caught a taxi to a party where they stayed out all night. Lily was pictured returning home at 9.30am the next day.
