Magpies to host spot-kick event

WIMBORNE Town are to host the opening round of the national Penalty King tournament which will see the eventual winner pocket £25,000. The opening local round of the tournament will take place at Cuthbury on Sunday 26th July and starts at 9.30am and the ground could also be a venue for a later round. Magpies boss Alex Browne is seeking entries from his own players, but the competition is open to everyone. There will be also be two prizes of a £1,000 each for the two best goalkeepers in the national final.
