“ Despite being perpetually in a clearance sale that makes it look like its going out of business, but isnt, Graves is the perfect place to pick up whole foods. I just wish they'd make the windows look less 'sale-y'. ”

“My wife got one of them yoghurt making devices and told me to go an get her some replacement culture - I told her she'd have some hope finding something like that in Blandford but lo and behold, Graves had what seemed to be an extraodinarily wide selection of flavours and extras. If you like yoghurt, have a go at making your own.”

“I used to buy Nakd bars (tasty fruit and nut bars) from H&B but I noticed that they were made from raw dates, cashews, pecans and macadamia nuts and nothing else - so I thought I'd try making my own (they're not cheap, and I am!) So I went in to Julian Graves to stock up. Although bags of stoned dates and nuts (especially pecans and macadamias) seem expensive I made so many of my own "Nudst" bars that it didn't matter - and my versions are stickier and even sweeter than the shop bought ones. Pleased with that result!”
