Cheap as chips!

“ We tried another Wetherspoons pub for food & drink because we are trying to save money and it was pretty good value! I ordered the superfood salad with chargrilled chicken. Not too much chicken but the salad was full and interesting with bits like pomegranate in it. And the dressing came in a little side pot so you could keep it one side if you are on a diet. Good stuff! It was only about £7. ”

RELIABLE PUB WITH GRUB AT A REASONABLE PRICE

“Ok, it's a Wetherspoon. Some people hate them, but I reckon it's alright. Much better than when it was the Hog's Head. And food and drink are cheap compared with other places. You know what you'll get and if that's your thing it's great. Can get a bit busy, even though it's got loads of tables.”

cheap and cheerful

“As Wetherspoons go this is quite classy, I have spent a New Year's Day in here, a New Year's Eve, a Christmas dinner - it has the works and it does it well. It has a great corner location at the junction of Westham Road and St Thomas Street and huge plate mirrors so it's hard not to past and see your mates waving at you. the food is cheap and cheerful, the booze is as you would expect. The Ladies lavs are nice, and this pub is normally pretty busy - says it all really!”
