Five-month road closure for water works in Sherborne starts today
WATER works beginning in Sherborne today are expected to continue until January next year.
New pipelines are being laid, which will result in a lane closure in Bristol Road for 50 metres from the reservoir today until January 16, 2013.
Two-way traffic lights will be in force.
Another road closure will be put in place at the end of St Aldhelm's Road for one week during the school half-term holiday from Monday, October 29, to allow a new pumping main to be laid.
