• Tenant finding only, for landlords who prefer to manage their own property and be in direct contact with their tenants

• Tenant find and rent collection, for landlords who live locally and prefer to manage the tenancy and property maintenance themselves but would rather not get involved in the collection of rent or any financial matters arising

• Full management, which includes marketing the property, finding a suitable tenant and collection of rent, plus management of the tenancy and property maintenance.

Dorset Lettings will also manage blocks of apartments and communal developments for landlords, housing associations, head lessees, lessees associations and management companies.

We can offer tenants a wide-range of high quality homes.
