Yellow weather alert for ice issued by Met Office in Dorset
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for ice as Dorset wakes up to a frosty morning.
Sleet and snow could affect northern parts of the county, with the cold snap expected to last throughout the week.

Ice, sleet and snow could cause problems for Dorset drivers this morning
A level three severe weather action for cold weather has also been issued by the Met Office, only one level below a national emergency.
Andy Page, Met Office Chief Forecaster said: "We expect rain, sleet and snow to affect many parts of the UK over the next day or so, with eastern areas of Britain seeing the most snowfall.
