Wimborne RFC win first Dorset and Wilts Cup in twenty years
Wimborne RFC won their first Dorset and Wiltshire Cup in twenty years with a comprehensive win over Weymouth.
Tom Moysey took matters into his own hands with 24 points as Wimborne romped to a 41-8 victory at Wareham.
Six tries from the Minstermen helped the Dorset side ease to victory after a slow start at Bestwall.
Wimborne coach Mark Sturney said: "It means so much to the club. We've been in finals in the last twenty years but there's been no silverware for the first team - so obviously it's a huge achievement for the club.

After Nick Sheppard's early penalty had handed Weymouth the lead, Moysey took charge with a fantastic solo try and conversion to ease the nerves.
Wimborne went from strength to strength as Russ Tinsdale powered over following a mighty shove from the Wimborne pack - with Moysey again adding the conversion.
Weymouth had a great chance to strike back immediately, with a nice passing move. However, the inside centre lost their footing at the vital time - as Wimborne cleared the danger.
With half time approaching, Wimborne were handed a slice of luck as Will Tarbard charged down a kick and beat his man to the ball to touch down for his side's third try.
Wimborne started the second half again on the front foot as a cheeky chip from Moysey was pounced on by Scott Maidment - as Weymouth began to fade.
Weymouth responded straight away however, as Will Quick finished off a great move down the right flank - collecting his own chip and chase for his side's opening try.
With the deficit cut to 19 points, Weymouth needed to score next, but it was Wimborne who extended their advantage.
Moysey grabbed his second try as he rounded off another flowing Wimborne move to seal victory.
The Minstermen round off the game with another try as Tom Napier powered home after another good team move.
"Weymouth were unknown to us, we haven't played them in the league this season - but we were confident in our own ability" added Sturney.
"We had a game plan and we knew exactly what we wanted to do - and we managed to execute it well."
