A Weymouth taxi driver was punched by an abusive customer.
Dorset Police are appealing for witnesses after a 30-year-old taxi driver from Weymouth was attacked when a man got in his vehicle at around 1:50am on Wednesday February 20.

The 30-year-old victim suffered minor injuries and damage to his clothing after being punched.
Police Constable Adam Bayliss of Weymouth Police said: "This unprovoked attack has left the victim very shaken and I am appealing for witnesses to assist with our investigation.

"The victim has described the offender as a white man aged in his early twenties and around six feet tall with tattoos on his neck.
"He had cropped dark hair, spoke with a London accent and wore dark clothing."
The victim did not require hospital treatment after the attack on St Edmund Street.
No-one has been arrested as police continue their investigation.
"A second man is also believed to have been involved in the attack, and he is described as black, aged in his twenties and wearing a white hooded top" added PC Bayliss.
"Shortly after the incident, the pair met up with two women, one of which ran off with one of the suspects towards Weymouth Town Bridge.
"The black man involved then got into a taxi with a woman which dropped them off along Pottery Lane."
Witnesses and anyone with information should contact Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 20:20.
