Warning as dog dies after 150ft cliff fall at Durdle Dor
The Coastguard is again warning dog owners to keep pets on leads to keep them safe when walking near cliffs after weekend incidents in which two dogs fell from cliffs and one died.
Lulworth Coastguard rescue team was called out to Durdle Dor on Saturday after a springer spaniel went over the cliff and fell 150 feet.
They reached the animal but it had died.
The same day Exmouth Coastguard Rescue Team and the Exmouth RNLI inshore lifeboat rescued a golden retriever that fell 40 feet at Exmouth.
