Tuesday 15th: Litter Pick in Sherborne - meet 10am at Simons Road Stores.
Wednesday 16th: Andrew Philpott gives an illustrated talk on "Solitary Wasps", 7.30pm Fontmell Magna Village Hall. Gillingham Local History Society welcomes John Smith on "The Roman Army - Fact and Fiction", 7.30pm in the Town Hall.
Friday 18th: Market in St Martin's Community Hall, Broadmayne with local sausages, lamb, eggs, watercress and cakes and preserves. Gillingham Country Market 8.30-11.30am Methodist Church Hall. Jerry Bird is the guest of the Dorchester Association 7.30pm in the County Museum: subject "A Dorset Miscellany".
