Vehicles vandalised in Swanage
POLICE in Swanage are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after two vehicles were criminally damaged in the town.
The incident happened some time between 11pm on Saturday 14 September and 8am on Sunday 15 September along Princess Road.
Three tyres of one and two tyres of another vehicle were punctured with a sharp implement.
Police Constable Mari Montgomery, of Purbeck police, said: “Both vehicles belong to the same victim and this seems to have been a deliberate act causing great inconvenience.”

A man was seen at the location at about 3.30am on the Sunday. He has been described as white, around five feet ten inches tall and of very slim build. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded top, light coloured baggy shorts and work type boots.
PC Montgomery continued: “I would like to speak with anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity or saw this man in the area during that night.
“Any witnesses and anyone with information about the person responsible should call Dorset Police as soon as possible.”
