AN annual celebration that champions the importance of breakfast, Farmhouse Breakfast Week will take place from 20th – 26th January.

Statistics show that 47 per cent of people regularly skip breakfast during the week despite the fact that breakfast eaters tend to be slimmer and happier than skippers, and eating breakfast aids concentration and mental performance throughout the day.
