Stourhead needs more volunteer room guides
A DROP IN volunteer recruitment morning is taking place at Stourhead tomorrow Saturday 16th March. The National Trust is looking to recruit more people as room guides inside the famous Palladian mansion as the building will be opening its doors to visitors more often in 2013.
"We have more opportunities than ever before for people to get involved and be part of our enthusiastic, friendly house team," said Jean Nimmo, Volunteer Co-ordinator at Stourhead.

"Anybody with a little spare time is very welcome to drop in to this recruitment morning. They will be able to meet some of the staff and volunteers who work at Stourhead and find out more about how and what they can get involved in.
"Volunteering with the National Trust at Stourhead not only gives you the chance to work alongside a great team of people from all walks of life, but is an immensely rewarding and satisfying way to get involved in this magical property."
