Stalbridge care home worker denies attacking colleague
A CARE home worker appeared in court on Thursday charged with attacking a fellow worker.
Tina Turner, aged 44, of Thornhill Road, Stalbridge pleaded not guilty at Weymouth Magistrates Court to the assault by beating on Teresa Ann Kellaway.
The case was adjourned for trial on Thursday 18th April.
The court heard that Ms Turner and the complainant both worked at the same care home in Stalbridge.
Graham Cooke, defending, said that although they had now been separate in terms of their working environment they were due to go on a course together in a few days time.
But it was agreed that no change was needed to Ms Turner's bail conditions.
