Will Spetch rescues draw for Poole Town against Bideford
WILL Spetch rescued point for Poole Town as the Dolphins continued their unbeaten record against Bideford.
Bideford led 3-2 at the break - but Spetch was able to prod home a late equaliser in a scrappy second half at Tatnum.
The visitors opened the scoring in the first minute of play when Sean Downing latched onto Richard Groves' cross. The Dolphins responded well as two quick goals from Richard Gillespie gave Poole the lead.
Gillespie headed home Carl Preston's corner on eight minutes, before again getting on the end of a good ball in from Preston after 17 minutes.

The Dolphins couldn't pull away and Craig Duff levelled for Bideford after beating two Poole players and slotting the ball past Dan Thomas.
Sean Downing was fouled in a dangerous position by James Whisken - allowing Groves to slot a free-kick past Thomas to restore the visitors' lead before the break.
The second half was scrappy, with both teams making several mistakes. Bideford had a great opportunity to extend their lead, but Groves fluffed his lines after being put through on goal.
With time running out, a corner was scrambled home by Spetch to tie up the score. Poole had three minutes, plus eight minutes of stoppage time to find a winner.
Gillespie came close to securing three points but his shot was well blocked as both sides were forced to settle for a draw.
