Sherborne hotel in with a shot of winning Tourism award
A HOTEL in Sherborne is in with a chance of winning a category in this year's South West Tourism Excellence Awards.
The Eastbury Hotel is one of four contenders in the Taste of the South West category.
This achievement follows other awards in recent months – including Best Restaurant in the South West and Best Restaurant in Dorset.

Making the top four in the awards means that the hotel is also selected as one of the region's representatives in next year's national Visit England Awards.
They will found out whether they have made the number one spot in February at an awards ceremony being held at the Eden Project.
The 23-bedroom Eastbury Hotel, which has three AA stars, is currently on the market for £1.95m.
