Sherborne Abbey to host quiet Christmas for bereaved
SHERBORNE Abbey is hosting a quiet service for people who have been bereaved.
The Quieter Christmas service in the Lady Chapel came about after Revs Jane Craw and Lesley McCreadie attended a recent course.
They were impressed with a service for those who found Christmas a difficult time if they were on their own, had been bereaved or found Christmas overwhelming.
The service, which offers a tone of reflection and simplicity, is tonight at 7pm.
