Shaftesbury cars and homes targeted in 'mindless criminal damage'
Police in Shaftesbury are appealing to the public after a spate of 'mindless criminal damage' took place in the Dorset town.
Between 1am and 3am on Sunday October 28, at least nine houses and eight cars were damaged in Mampitts Lane and the road leading onto Fair Lane.

Police Constable Dave Pearce of Shaftesbury Police said: "This is a case of mindless criminal damage and has caused untold upset to the victims.
"I am very keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious or has information as soon as possible.
