Break through with the Larmer Tree

THE Larmer Tree launches Breakthrough Music Awards 2013. The festival has always supported new music acts, and this year organisers are looking for breakthrough music acts to compete for a chance to perform at this summer's festival, on 17th-21st July. Up for grabs is an opportunity to play in the same line-up as artists such as Dexys, Seasick Steve and KT Tunstall, plus four-day festival tickets for all winning musicians.

Bands and musicians can apply by visiting the Community page at www.larmertreefestival.co.uk and uploading their chosen track. Applications are open until 5pm on Sunday 24th March, so undiscovered performers should get recording straight away.

Three finalists in each category will be judged at the live final on Saturday 6th April at Sixty Million Postcards in Bournemouth.
