Record visitor numbers for Dorset County Show
Dorset County Show organisers are celebrating record visitor numbers.
With final figures still awaiting confirmation they are confident numbers are up at least five per cent on last year, almost certainly exceeding the target of 60,000.
Show leaders believe a good line up in the main arena, and mix of attractions for the while family helped and it admits the miserable weather which led to the cancellation of some earlier farm shows led visitors to travel longer distance for last weekend’s two-day farming showcase.
