Prime Minister’s thanks for Leweston Olympic Games Maker
A LEWESTON pupil has received a letter of thanks from the Prime Minister for her help in the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Isabelle McGowan, a Year 12 pupil at Leweston School, volunteered as a Games Maker last summer alongside fellow students Laura Bowker and Imi Massey.

The three girls all had once-in-a-lifetime experiences as they helped out at the London Olympic and Paralympic Games, and at the sailing venue in Weymouth.
Isabelle has since received a letter of thanks from David Cameron for her part in helping to make the games a success.

Isabelle said: “It was wonderful to be able to be part of the Games.
