The Dorset side take on Walsall as Eddie Howe looks to continue his unbeaten league record since returning to The Goldsands Stadium.
The game at The Banks' Stadium is expected to go ahead this afternoon, despite the winter weather.
Walsall have already beaten Bournemouth once this season, and are one of a number of teams along with the Cherries eyeing a playoff place.
The hosts are unbeaten in 2013, but the Cherries have not lost a League One game since October 6.
"It will be a difficult game going to the Banks' Stadium - a ground we have visited many times over the years and had some good battles with" said Cherries manager Eddie Howe.
"We have strengthened the squad this week and we will need them in what will be a very tough game against a good team."
