Poole woman treated for head injury after alleged assault in leisure centre car park
A Poole woman was treated for head injuries after an alleged assault in a town leisure centre car park.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident, which took place in the car park at Ashdown Leisure Centre on Adastral Road at around 7.30pm on Thursday evening.

The 31-year-old woman was treated for her injuries at the scene by an ambulance crew.
Detective Inspector Becky Riggs said: “The victim suffered nasty injuries in the incident, and has been left shocked and distressed.

“I am appealing to anyone who may have seen the reported attack take place, or witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area at around 7.30pm to contact Dorset Police in confidence on 101.
“The alleged offender is described as being aged in his 30s, with black hair and wearing a long black coat.”
A 24-year-old man of no fixed abode and a 27-year-old man from Poole have been arrested and released on police bail while enquiries continue.
