Poole's Twin Sails Bridge out of action twice within a week
The £22 million Twin Sails Bridge that opened in Dorset earlier this year has been out of action twice in the last week.
The bridge in Poole failed to lift as scheduled at 11.30am on Tuesday and was out of use for more than two hours.

That followed a two-hour shut-down on Sunday.
A Poole Borough Council spokeswoman said there was a fault with the bridge’s control system. She said: “The council is working closely with its contractor to rectify the fault.”
