Poole boy assaulted by three men trying to steal mobile phone
A teenage boy was assaulted in Poole after three men demanded he hand over his mobile phone.
A 16-year-old boy from Poole sustained cuts to his head and hand after being approached by three unknown men at around 11pm on Thursday January 31.

A 16-year-old Poole boy was attacked by three men as they tried to steal his mobile phone
The incident took place near the Sweet Home Inn on Ringwood Road.
The boy was assaulted by the men, before they grabbed his phone. Luckily the victim was able to locate his mobile on the ground nearby after the attack.
Detective Constable Wendy Stout of Poole and Bournemouth CID said: "This was an unprovoked attack.
"I urge anyone who witnessed this incident, and anyone who saw a group matching the description either before or after the incident, to call police as soon as possible."
The three attackers are described as being aged in their late teens to early twenties. Two of them were about five feet seven inches tall and wore dark clothing.
The third man was about six feet tall and was dressed in a dark top and grey bottoms.
