Poole Town kept the pressure on league leaders Hungerford Town with a comprehensive 3-0 win over Cirencester Town.

The Gloucestershire side slumped to their second consecutive Evo-Stik Southern League Division One South & West defeat as Poole became the second team to score three past the Centurions in a week.

New signing Ricky Allaway given a debut at the heart of the Cirencester defence, but he was helpless to prevent Poole from taking a 15th minute lead through Warren Byerley.

Cirencester came back into the game and were unlucky not to level before Poole exercised their authority in the opening moments of the second period, scoring twice to settle the encounter.
