The Dorset side have also signed Rohan Tungate, meaning only one place is left to fill for next year's campaign.
Janowski, known as 'Magic' beat Poole favourite Darcy Ward to the Under 21 title in 2011, denying the Australian his third title.

"They are both young with huge potential and hopefully the ability to improve their starting averages next season" said Ford.
"I have always been impressed with Magic. He starts with us on a 6.13 average and I know he will be keen to challenge the likes of Chris (Holder) and Darcy (Ward) for a slot in the nominated Heat 15.
"Bringing in a rider who wants to ride for the club, has proven ability on the international stage and is still young enough to develop even more can only be good for us and it once again makes up a very exciting team."
Janowski and Tungate join Chris Holder, Darcy Ward, Robert Miskowiak and Kyle Howarth on the 2013 roster.
The Pirates only have a 4.20 average to work with in naming their final rider.
