Police appeal for witnesses after Verwood man assaulted
Dorset Police are appealing for witnesses after a Verwood man was punched in the face.
A 32-year-old man was verbally abused by the offender before being punched in his left cheek.

A Verwood man was punched in the face on Ringwood Road
The incident took place at around 8pm on Saturday January 26 outside the Tesco Express store on Ringwood Road.
The offender got into a blue car and drove off in the direction of Verwood Fire Station.
Police Constable David Morgan of Verwood Police said: "This attack has left the victim with a facial injury. I am appealing for witnesses to assist with this investigation.
"The victim has described the suspect as a white man of stocky build and with a shaven head.
"He was aged between 20 and 30 and wearing a black North Face branded jacket, grey tracksuit bottoms and bright blue trainers."
No arrests have been made as police continue their investigations.
