Olympian donates his kit for charity shop auction
ITEMS donated by an Olympian have been put up for auction by a Sherborne charity shop.
Staff were shocked when Olympic Gold winner Peter Wilson, 27, of Glanvilles Wootton, walked into the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust shop, in Cheap Street, and offered some of his Team GB kit.
Two lots will be up for auction online and in store until November 30.
The first is Mr Wilson's shooting tabard, featuring the Team GB Olympic logo and the star's name in gold. The tabard is a UK size 40 and comes with trousers size UK 28.

The second lot is a navy shirt with the Team GB Olympic logo in gold on inside collar and a gold trim. Other items including tracksuits, bottoms, shorts and shooting cap are available in the shop.
