The unique shop combines decorative antiques with mid-century and industrial furniture, glass and ceramics with a vintage feel.
Comfortable English armchairs are re-upholstered with thick weave linen, and old French bar stools with polka dot oilcloth. Original distressed paintwork adds to the charm of stacks of brightly coloured school chairs.

Modern furniture takes the shape of exclusive country stretcher dining tables and pig benches made from seasoned oak felled on the Estate. A set of traditional early English designs have been created in-house by Ali Sharland and can be sized to suit.
Classic French style zinc-topped bedside and console tables complement the one-off retro 50s lights, antique mirrors, patterned quilts and framed French schoolroom teaching posters.
Contemporary accessories range from subtly coloured octagonal plates from Haute Provence, to Turkish linen hammam towels, fig scented candles, and 'Kitchen Sink' still-life paintings by local artist Lizzie Wallace.
Garden lovers can enjoy the enclosed courtyard featuring fresh outdoor produce every Friday and Saturday. Vegetables, herbs, fruit and flowers are offered for sale from the Estate's Georgian walled kitchen garden, a stone's throw from the shop. The accent here, like everything at Deans Court, is firmly on local seasonal produce with eggs, honey and preserves alongside autumn squash and tubs of spring bulbs and logs, all from the Estate.
Sharland and Lewis enjoys a popular following among the design-savvy and style-conscious of Gloucestershire and beyond. The opening of a store in Nailsworth in 2011 built on the success of the original Tetbury store a decade ago.
