New head of service for Christchurch and East Dorset Council
JAMES Hassett has joined the Christchurch and East Dorset Partnership in a new post as head of growth & economy.
James comes to the Partnership with over 18 years’ experience working with business and in business in rural and urban areas. He has worked at senior levels in the public sector and has run his own businesses for the last eight years.
His experience ranges from large value business negotiations for clients as the lead negotiator in procurements to small business turnaround.
James said: “There are a huge number of economic opportunities that present themselves in this area and I and my team will be looking to engage with businesses, both large and small, to understand their needs and aspirations.
