Moustaches on show at Blandford Leisure Centre
THE team at Blandford Leisure Centre have been growing moustaches for Movember and will be showing off their new facial hair at a special event next week.
Movember takes place every November to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
Seven lifeguards and fitness instructors at Blandford Leisure Centre have been nurturing moustaches and charity boxes have been put out around the centre to support the cause.
The month-long campaign will conclude with a with the lads attending a fancy dress fitness class led by Kelly Cornick in the centre's sports hall on Friday 30th November from 7pm to 8pm. All are welcome to join in or just turn up to watch in exchange for a donation towards their Movember efforts.
