Martin Clunes to join Homeland star at historic Harvest Festival at Westminster Abbey
DORSET’S Martin Clunes will read at the first Harvest Festival to be held at Westminster Abbey since 1966.
The Doc Martin and Men Behaving Badly star will join Homeland’s Damian Lewis in reading at the service on Wednesday 16th October.
Plenty of celebrities will be in attendance, including Blur’s Alex James, Hairy Biker and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Dave Myers, former England rugby captain Phil Vickery and Milly Wastie, chairman of the National Federation of Young Farmers Club.
The service is being held as part of British Food Fortnight’s campaign to rekindle the tradition of celebrating the harvest.
