MS therapy centre to close
A CENTRE which for the past 28 years has helped Multiple Sclerosis sufferers is closing due to lack of funds.
The Dorset MS Therapy Centre in Sturminster Marshall offered its 26-30 members hyperbaric oxygen treatment in addition to physiotherapy.
People will now have to travel to Portsmouth, Warminster of Exeter for the therapy.
Rose Johnson, hyperbaric chamber operator said: “We have been self funding and sadly donations dropped off a couple of years ago. We just can’t afford to say open.”
