Gary Johnson and his staff will "drag" their young stars through a challenging dip in form to ensure Yeovil Town remain in the the top of the table fight.
The Glovers travel to Leyton Orient tonight looking to end a run of consecutive 1-0 defeats and register their first points of the month since September 1 against Doncaster Rovers.

But despite single goal losses to AFC Bournemouth and MK Dons, the Huish Park outfit remain in npower League One's top six - a position Johnson wants to maintain.
"I think we would have always been disappointed with a 1-0 defeat," said Johnson. "None of us like not picking up points, we all want to pick up points.

"It's dragging these lads through early so we can say after ten games we are still in the fight. That's what we have got to do and we do have to help them because they are inexperienced and we do have to drag them through.
"Whether you raise your voice or not as long as it gets into their psyche hopefully they improve. They are certainly gaining experiencing with us, that's for sure."
Johnson also backed Norwich City loanee Korey Smith to be a success with the Glovers after signing a three-month loan before Saturday's defeat at stadium:MK, making his debut as a second half substitute.
The 21-year-old boasts more than 60 appearances for the Canaries in League One and enjoyed a temporary spell at Barnsley last season.
The boss said: "He is a midfield player really but we wanted him in that little hole and we wanted his energy.
"When he gets on the ball more, we pass to him more and we give him more of the ball and don't give it away he is going to be a little find for us."
