Invitation to spend a night with the fairies
A Bournemouth charity that makes wishes come true for children with life-threatening illnesses is holding a celebratory drinks reception to raise money and awareness.
Round Table Children’s Wish (RTCW) is hosting the event at Patrick’s Restaurant in Ashley Cross, Parkstone, Poole, on 11 November, and all are invited.
The national charity’s “wish fairies” are selling tickets for the reception that includes live music, canapés and wine.
It is a celebration of what the team has achieved this year – helping brave and inspirational young people by making their dreams a reality.

A wide variety of wishes are granted including family holidays, trips to Disneyland, a chance to meet a favourite celebrity or being able to have a toy or item that enables life to be a little more enjoyable during a very difficult time.
Since RTCW opened its doors in 1990 it has granted over 1,500 wishes for youngsters aged between four and 17.
But it relies on the generosity of the public and businesses to keep granting wishes that create so much happiness for the children and their families.
The event at Patrick’s costs just £15 and begins from 7pm.
Charlotte Otter from the charity said: “We are hosting this event with our long-standing friends and Patrick’s.
“It promises to be a great night during which we can raise some money but also tell people about the work we do and the brave children that we help.”
Tickets are available on the night but to pre-order please contact Charlotte on 01202 514 515 or emailing email@example.com.
