Pawlicki damaged his shoulder during a Swedish playoff final clash on Tuesday. It is feared the 17-year-old may have dislocated the same shoulder that saw the rider sit out Poole's final league meeting of the season against the Birmingham Brummies.
Poole boss Matt Ford said: "This could be a devastating blow for us but my immediate thoughts are with young Piotr.

"He has not had a great deal of luck in the last couple of months, in fact it seems as their family is injury cursed right now with his brother Przemyslaw laid up with a broken leg.
"We will have to wait and see how serious Piotr's shoulder is but if our worse fears are proven it really will make retaining the league title far more difficult for us."
Birmingham face The Swindon Robins in the semi-final second-leg tonight, with the Wiltshire side holding a 20-point lead from the first leg.
