THE malls of Bournemouth's Castlepoint Shopping Park will reverberate with the stirring sound of bag pipes between noon and 3pm on Friday 25 January to celebrate Burns Night.  As the piper plays favourite strathspeys, reels and jigs in honour of the Scottish bard, a cooking demonstration provided by the New Forest Cookery School showing how to cook and serve Haggis, either traditionally or creatively. Shoppers will be invited to try a free sample of Haggis outside Marks and Spencer on the upper level.

Castlepoint's general manager Peter Matthews said that the celebration of the life and poetry of the poet Robert Burns will be appreciated by many of the park's visitors.
