This is the moment a wealthy motorist ignored the weather by driving his £170,000 Ferrari through a flooded road in the affluent districts of Sandbanks in Dorset.
Chris Skone-Roberts, who photographed the flooding, said: "Cars were blasting through the water and then breaking down.
