Flooding could return to parts of Dorset today - after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for rain.

The majority of southern England will be affected, with grounds still saturated from last month' s rainfall.

A Met Office spokesperson said: "Heavy rain is expected to spread northeastwards across the UK during Friday.

"The public should be aware of the possibility of local flooding and disruption to travel."
