Flooding and heavy rain forecast for Dorset
Flooding could return this week as more heavy rain is likely to fall across Dorset.
The Met Office has issued a Yellow Weather Warning for rain from 12pm on Thursday to 5pm on Friday, warning that up to 50mm of rain could fall over high ground.

A Met Office spokesperson said: "Persistent rain is expected to set in during Thursday, lasting until well into Friday in many areas, and particularly heavy over hills exposed to the south and southeast.
"Some improvement seems likely later on Friday, but still with localised heavy showers.

Flood alerts are still in place by the Environment Agency on The River Avon between Ringwood and Christchurch and the threat of groundwater flooding in West Dorset.
