Flooding brings chaos to Dorset morning commuters
Flooding is creating dangerous driving conditions across Dorset as dozens or roads are affected.
Standing water is causing slow traffic on the A35, particularly between Dorchester and Slepe.
Queen Anne Drive in Merley is closed in both directions at the Canford Magna junction, Wimborne because of flooding.
The A352 has also been affected by the persistent rainfall overnight, along with the B3068 Blandford Road in Hamworthy.

The Environment Agency has flood warnings in place in several places in Dorset. A warning was issued this morning on the Lower River Frome between East Stoke and Wareham, The River Char at Dolphins River Caravan Park and the River Wey from Upwey to Weymouth.
Craig Woolhouse, Flood Risk Manager at the Environment Agency said: "Our teams are out around the clock to minimise the risks and prepare for flooding, clearing drainage channels and ensuring that flood defences are working properly.
"We urge people to keep up to date with the weather forecast and remain prepared for flooding in their area by signing up to receive flood warnings and staying away from dangerous flood water."
The Met office has issued an amber weather warning for Dorset, which will last until around 3pm this afternoon.
Friday is expected to remain fairly dry, before a yellow wet weather warning will return to the region on Saturday.
