Farm's open day is a big crowd puller
OPEN Farm Sunday at Field Barn Farm, Winterborne Whitechurch, was a great success for owner Graham Birch and his farm manager Scott Bagwell.
Mr Bagwell said: "We did it for the first time last year when we had about 300 visitors, and must have doubled that number this year.

"We had lamb feeding, milking time, tractor and trailer rides, guessing the weight of the calf, a hog roast and cream teas, and it was definitely worth doing.
"It's good to get the public in to see what we do. Anything that keeps farming in the public eye is good."
