Eddie Howe has become the new AFC Bournemouth manager
Yesterday, Burley confirmed they had received an unwanted approach from the Dorset side to speak to Howe, but have agreed to let their manager leave.
Howe leaves Turf Moor after 22 months in charge and said he would not have left Burnley for any other club except the Cherries.

The new manager is expected to attend AFC Bournemouth's game against Leyton Orient this afternoon.
Speaking to the Official Burnley FC website, Howe said: "To leave is incredibly difficult, but I feel it's a decision I have to make for my family and for personal reasons, which I can't go into detail on.
"There is only one club I would contemplate leaving Burnley for and that is Bournemouth and that is the situation we found ourselves in."
Howe spent nearly 13 years at Bournemouth as a player and manager and takes over from Paul Groves, who was sacked after the Cherries' dismal start to their League One campaign.
