Dorset road closures still in place after weekend floods
Several of Dorset's main roads are still impassable this afternoon due to flooding caused by Saturday's torrential rain.
The heavy downpours started on Friday evening and, in the space of 24 hours, the county was hit with a month's worth of rain.
The A35 remains closed in both directions between Monkeys Jump Roundabout in Dorchester and the Longland's Lane junction in Winterbourne Abbas.
Flood water is also affecting the A37 between Monkeys Jump Roundabout and the B3147.

The A37 at Charminster is open, but drivers are being warned to expect delays due to flooding and temporary traffic lights between the A352 junction and the A356 Dorchester Road junction.

The B3159 is also closed in both directions at Winterbourne Steepleton, between the Coombe Road and St Martins Field junctions.
