THE son of the head lad at Paul Nicholls' Ditcheat racing stables was killed in a car crash last week.

Dominic Baker, the 21-year-old son of Clifford Baker, died in a road accident on the A371 at Bratton Seymour between Wincanton and Castle Cary at around 10.35pm on Thursday night.

Police say his Renault Clio was the only vehicle involved in the collision and was travelling towards Castle Cary.
