Dial Access Dorset - new helpline for the disabled, older people and carers
AFTER a review of their Information & Advice Service, Access Dorset has decided to improve its service by launching a dedicated telephone helpline to provide information and advice to disabled people, older people and carers, on all aspects of independent living five days a week.
DIAL Access Dorset is open Monday to Friday from 10am until 4pm on 01202 430113.
Outside these times you can leave a message on the answering machine and one of the volunteer independent living advisers will call you back as soon as possible.
They also have a Drop In Service where you can get face to face support on Wednesday afternoons between 2-4pm at Access Dorset, Littledown Centre, Chaseside, Bournemouth BH7 7DX.
