Dean Goodwin remanded in custody ahead of trial

A Poole man has been remanded in custody charged with 11 offences, including attempted murder and rape.

Dean Goodwin, 32, appeared at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court accused of a string of charges linked to incidents in Dorset and Hampshire.

Four of the rape charges and the false imprisonment are alleged to have taken place in Poole on November 23.

The attempted murder, rape, robbery and sexual assault are alleged to have taken place in Andover three days later.
