Camilla talks wine with Furleigh winemaker at annual Vintners' Dinner
The Duchess of Cornwall, who is president of the United Kingdom Vineyards Association, met award-winning Dorset wine-maker Ian Edwards at the association’s annual Vintners’ Dinner.
The Duchess was the guest of honour at the event at London’s Vintners’ Hall which showcased some of the best wines from England and Wales.
They included Salway Ash based Furleigh Estate’s Classic Cuvee, which is now considered to be one of the UK and Europe’s finest sparkling wines.
In fact the Classic Cuvee was the wine chosen for the Loyal Toast, a great honour for Furleigh Estate.
